President Obama is not a leader in the USA also not in the international world.
Why?
What is the character of an leader?
Here some points of the missing leadership skills and consultant team.

He makes the politics of "do not move and stay on your chair", the philosophy is "if you not move you could not lose your chair or fall etc." or "Wait and drink tea is long as you can instead of running a strategy in your politics.

Things will change on its own.....

He was a bad leader and manager in:

- the BP petroleum disaster 2011,

- in the creation of work for the Americans,

- the high expensive health insurance, e.g. in Canada the basic cost 55 $CDN

- the taxation for high incomes or rich is one of the lowest in the OECD States,

- the real estate is worst than ever,

- he is not able to reactivate the inner economy of the USA,

- in put more money in a better education system,

- in establishing a minimum pension,

- in doing anything constructive in Nearer East,

- in getting the support of Russia and China to resolve the Syrian conflict,

- in better relations with Cuba, Venezuela,

- in a constructive dialog with Iran, North Korea,

- in getting the support of the Hispanics in the States

- in getting a better dialog with Latin America, European Union, Africa,

- he is not following a better environment or green long run politics

- the USA is boycotting and recognizing the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal

judicial organ of the United Nations (UN),

- in better dialog with the First Nation People,

- in putting down the border installation between the USA - Canada or USA - Mexico, it is worst than

in the cold war between West Germany - East Germany in Berlin!

He is a president who is spending time to collecting funds and making fundraising for himself!

In his working time, can you do the same in your working time?

He is 24 hours president and is getting a lot of privileges as president.

Obama is a lucky man, because the four republican guys are from the same league.

In politics there is an old wisdom phrase in pre-elections and in common:

Promise them all, and give them later nothing......

To promise things with words, is not to give bread!
